Rehabilitation and community medicine, aftercare for surgery patients, conservative treatment of heel pain
"I want people to feel taken seriously and well taken care of."
Even as a child I already had an interest in people and medicine. So it was quite clear to me early on I would choose this career path. I worked as a radiographer for three years after completing my medical training and then started to study medicine. This is a decision I have never regretted.
What I like about my specialty, which is rehabilitation and social medicine, is that I get to know and am able to support people in many aspects of their lives. The Gelenk-Klinik offers the perfect environment for this. Here I am able to use my skills and concepts to offer patients the best possible care. The team is very open to innovation and always willing to use new treatment options. This means I am able to fully engage with the patient and offer a wide range of options.
