When I say everyone I mean from the receptionist to the surgeons, to the nurse who took the blood exams, to the physiotherapists, to Claudia Ponert who was our international patient liaison officer. The immediate response and information that Claudia made available and the answers to my questions were always prompt and informative and helpful.
All our needs were met from assistance with buying medication to good places in Guldenfingen to enjoy a coffee.
